The chatbot will guide you through various actions to stop an attack. It will also guide you through the steps needed to resolve the attack from reoccurring.

Can the chatbot perform tasks?
No, the chatbot will provide chat-based guidance but cannot execute any tasks.

Is the chatbot conversation history stored?
The chatbot history is archived and could be analyzed for quality assurance purposes. The chatbot will not ask you questions related to your personal details and you are not required to disclose any personal information to obtain an answer from the chatbot. Please never disclose any personal information or sensitive data in the chatbot.
Can I add a family member to my subscription?
No,your CyberAid subscription can only be associated with one user, however all the devices connected to your home network are protected.
