Installation of your cyber app should be from the Google play store via the link you received when your subscription was activated. in cases where you purchased or activated your device in another country, you may receive the error "Download not available in your area. Caution:
The country of your Google play store can only be changed once per year after you setup a payment profile, so consider this change carefully before changing.
VPNs and the Google play store
VPNs can cause this issue to happen if they are setup to another country. A simple way to check is to open a browser and go to www.google.com. Scroll to bottom of screen and see if a different country/city is displayed.
If a different country is displayed, check the settings of your VPN, change the country and attempt to install the app.
Changing your app store region
The country of your Google play determines which content you see as well as which apps you can download. Follow these instructions to change the country of your Google Play store.
Google only allows the app store country to be changed once every 12 months so it's important to know this before changing the country as some apps or content may not be available after the change is made.

- On your Android device, open the Google Play Store app

Troubleshooting after your country is changed
If you can't change your Google Play country or can’t find the option to, try the following. These items may also need to be adjusted after the country is changed.
Manage payment profile
- Sign in to Google Pay.
- At the top, click Settings.
- Under "Payments profile," find “Country/Region.”
- This section displays your current Play country.
- If it’s incorrect, create a new profile for your country.
- On your phone or tablet, open the Settings app .
- Tap Apps & notifications
See all apps.
- Scroll down and tap Google Play Store.
- Tap Storage
Clear cache.
- Tap Clear storage
OK.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app

- Tap Menu
Settings.
- Tap Play Store version. The app will update or notify you that your version is up-to-date.
- If your phone has a SIM card and you recently moved to another country, you may need a new SIM card. Contact your service provider for help.
- After you get a new SIM card in your new country, restart your phone. Then, try to use the Play Store again.
- If your device doesn’t have a SIM card, you can skip this step.
- Sign in to Google Pay.
- If you have more than one profile:
- At the top left, next to your name, click the Down arrow

- Select the profile you want to edit.
- At the top left, next to your name, click the Down arrow
- Make your edits.
- You can change info like your address and payment methods.
- Save your edits.
The Play Terms of Service vary by country, and you may need to agree to the updated terms in your new country.
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Find an item with a listed price greater than $0 USD.
- Tap the price.
- You don’t need to complete the transaction.
- During checkout, you’re prompted to accept the Terms of Service.
- Follow the prompts.
- After you accept the terms, you can exit the transaction.
