To use and interact with the chatbot, follow the prompts and guidance it gives you. You can also type a question or problem into the chatbot to check if there are any relevant articles available to help.
Continuing a chat if you leave
To continue a chat if you've closed the window/browser, visit the help center and click on the chatbot in the bottom left corner to continue your chat session.
